  • 1 lrg Egg
  • 1/4 c. Whole lowfat milk
  • 1 c. All purpose biscuit mix, (up to 2)
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp EACH ginger AND salt
  • 2 med Peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced Oil for frying

Direcciones

  1. In a bowl, beat egg, add in lowfat milk; stir in 1c biscuit mix. Add in sugar, lemon, ginger, and salt. Stir in diced peaches. Add in additional biscuit mix as needed till consistency of thick pancake mix. In a heavy skiller, heat 2-3 inches oil to 375 (or possibly use a deep-fat fryer) Drop batter into warm oil by teaspoonsful; fry till golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
