Receta Fresh Peach Fritters

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Egg
- 1/4 c. Whole lowfat milk
- 1 c. All purpose biscuit mix, (up to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp EACH ginger AND salt
- 2 med Peaches, peeled, pitted, and diced Oil for frying

- In a bowl, beat egg, add in lowfat milk; stir in 1c biscuit mix. Add in sugar, lemon, ginger, and salt. Stir in diced peaches. Add in additional biscuit mix as needed till consistency of thick pancake mix. In a heavy skiller, heat 2-3 inches oil to 375 (or possibly use a deep-fat fryer) Drop batter into warm oil by teaspoonsful; fry till golden on all sides. Drain on paper towels.
