- 1/4 c. Diced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. Finely minced fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 x Clove garlic, chopped
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and stir well. Cover and chill.
- Yield:3-1/2 c. (serving size: 1/4 c.).
