Ingredients: 1 1/4 c. flour; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/2 c. oil; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk; 3/4 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. cornstarch; 2 Tbsp. strawberry Jello Red food coloring; 1 c. water; 2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup; 1 pt strawberries, sliced; 1/2 pkt Knox gelatin

Ingredientes

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. strawberry Jello Red food coloring
1 c. water
2 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 pt strawberries, sliced
1/2 pkt Knox gelatin

Direcciones

Crust:Blend and pat in pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 min.
Filling:Mix the sugar, cornstarch, Karo and water; cook till clear, stirring constantly. Add in Jello and a few drops of red food coloring. (To insure proper consistency, mix half package of Knox gelatin with small amount of water and add in.) Let cold slightly; add in sliced strawberries and pour into shell. Chill and chill. Top with whipped cream.
