Receta Fresh Tuna And Red Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Medium Red Potatoes
- 3 c. Yellow Fin Tuna Or possibly Other Lean Fish Fillets, Grilled And Cut Into 1-Inch Pcs About One Lb.
- 4 med Celery Stalks, Minced, About 2 C.
- 1 c. Fat Free Plain Yogurt
- 1/4 c. Fresh Parsley, Minced
- 2 Tbsp. Red Wine (Or possibly Cider) Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Grnd Black Pepper
Direcciones
- Heat 1-Inch water (salted if you like) to boiling in a 2-qt saucepan. Add in the potatoes and cover. Heat till boiling then reduce the heat till simmering and simmer the potatoes 30 to 35 min or possibly till they are tender, then drain and cold slightly. Cut into cubes, (There should be about 3 c.).
- Mix all of the ingredients together then cover and chill about 1 hour or possibly till well chilled.
