Receta Peppermint Ice Cream

Ingredientes
- 2-qt ice cream maker
- 1 box shelf lowfat milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. peppermint extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 c. crushed peppermint candy
- 1 teaspoon red food coloring
Direcciones
- Pour shelf lowfat milk into cream can; add in sugar, extract, and food coloring. Stir thoroughly with wooden spoon. Process according to ice cream maker's directions. After processing, but before hardening, blend in peppermint candy. Pour into container and place in freezer.
