Receta Fried Dill Pickles

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 x Egg
- 1 1/2 c. Dill pickle slices thin Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Mix the flour, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Lightly whip the egg in a separate bowl. Add in the lowfat milk to the egg. Heat the oil (about 2 inches) to 325. Dip the pickle slices first into the flour, then the egg mix, and finally back into the flour. Carefully place the pickles into the warm oil. Don't overcrowd. Fry till golden (about 8 min), turning once. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
