Receta Fried Duck Or Goose Breast

Ingredientes
- 4 x Duck breasts filleted off bone, and cut total of eight portions see * Note Soy sauce as needed
- 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- 1 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Onion power
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Celery salt
Direcciones
- * Note: If using goose, one breast will make several sandwiches.
- Tenderize breast meat with meat mallet. Dip breast into soy sauce. Add in all other ingredients to flour. Coat breast with flour mix. Place oil in frying pan, cook over medium heat till golden brown-brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve with horsey sauce and lettuce on brown or possibly white sandwich bread.
