Receta Fried Green Tomatoes with Crabmeat and Chipotle Tartar Sauce
Ingredientes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (use additional for more heat)
- 2 tablespoons minced sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon minced scallions, green part only
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- For the tomatoes:
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspooon black pepper
- 3 medium green tomatoes, cut into 4 slices
- 4 ounces goat cheese
- Vegetable oil
- 8 ounces lump crabmeat
- Fresh parsley leaves (for garnish)Instructions
