Receta Fried Lumpia (Spring Rolls)

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1/2 lb grnd pork
- 4 ounce minced raw shrinp shelled and deveined
- 1/2 lb cabbage shredded (optional)
- 1 c. thinly sliced and minced water chestnuts
- 1/2 c. bean sprouts
- 1/3 c. grated or possibly finely cut carrots
- 1/3 c. finely minced celery (optional)
- 1/4 c. minced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced fresh mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. minced green onions
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 x slightly beaten Large eggs
- 20 x wonton or possibly lumpia wrappers (20 to 30) Veg. oil for frying

- In a big skillet, brown beef and pork. Add in shrimp and vegetables. Saute/fry for 2 min. Remove from heat and drain. Put themixture in a bowl and stir in soy sauce, ginger, salt, sugar and pepper. Blend in slightly beaten egg. Cold for 15 min. Place 1 or possibly 2 tsp. (depending on how big you want the roll) on each wonton or possibly lumpia wrapper. Roll up and fold the edge, sealing with cool water. Fry in warm oil to cover till golden. Serve with sweet and sour sauce or possibly garlic sauce.
