Receta Fried Shrimp With Eggs

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Shrimp,peeled aqnd deveined
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 x Large eggs beaten Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- 1) Place shrimp in large bowl. Add in soy sauce, lemon juice, and paprkia; marinade 15 min.
- 2. Heat oil in large frying pan. Meanwhile, dip shrimp in beaten egg and add in to pan. cook shrimp 2 min each side over medium heat. Season well.
- 3. When shrimp are cooked, drain on paper towel. If you like, serve with dipping sauce such as plum sauce.
