Ingredientes
- 4 slc Bacon
- 3 x Jalapeno chiles, stems and seeds removed, diced
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 1 quart Cooked pinto beans along with juice
- 1 lrg Tomato, minced
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr Freshly grnd black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Minced cilantro
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the bacon, Jalapenos, and onion till well browned. Add in the beans, tomato, and spices. Bring to a boil, add in the cilantro, reduce the heat and simmer for 15 min.
