- 1/4 c. Raw, Unsalted Sunflower Seeds Toasted
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds Toasted
- 1 x Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery

- 2 x Scallions To 3
- 1 x Tomato
- 1 x Green Bell Pepper Assorted Vegetables You Have On Hand Or possibly Like Black Pepper To Taste

- This reminds me of a GREAT recipe I have at home. I think I got it out of Moosewood a million years ago. You chop up a big variety of vegies into tiny pcs. Cottage cheese is the glue which holds it all together. The secret ingredients which make it come to life are sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.
- Toasting the seeds is really important because it enhances the flavor a lot. This is one of those recipes which gets better over time. But it is not a good pot luck item.
- People are really unsure about it, especially the cottage cheese haters!
