Receta Frosty Fruit Smoothie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 c. Sliced peaches fresh, frzn or possibly canned
- 1 x banana cut into chunks
- 1/4 c. Wheat germ
- 1/4 c. Orange juice
- 1 c. Ice cubes Peach or possibly banana slices, opt.
- 2 Tbsp. Wheat germ optional
Direcciones
- In blender or possibly food processor, combine yogurt, peaches, banana, wheat germ, 1/4 c. orange juice and ice cubes. Cover and blend about 1minute, or possibly till smooth. Serve immediately, poured into tall glasses and garnished with peach or possibly banana slices and sprinkled with 2 Tbsp. wheat germ.
