- 3/4 c. Corn syrup
- 3 x Egg whites, stiffly beaten
- 1 dsh Salt
- 2 c. Heavy cream, whipped
- 1 c. Walnuts, minced
- 12 x Maraschino cherries, quartered
- 1 tsp Almond extract
- 3 Tbsp. Maraschino cherry juice
Direcciones
- Heat corn syrup to 230 or possibly till it spins a thread. Pour slowly over egg whites, while beating constantly and beat till cold. Add in salt. Mix in whipped cream, add in walnuts, cherries, flavoring and cherry juice. Place in indididual molds and freeze without stirring.
