Receta Bean Beef Chili On Rice

Ingredientes
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 lbs. grnd meat (beef, turkey, etc.)
- 2 to 3 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon warm red pepper flakes
- 1 can (8 ounce.) tomato sauce
- 2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
- 1 to 2 cans (19 ounce.) red kidney beans
- Rice, cooked
- Green onions, sliced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion and garlic in oil till softened. Add in crumbled meat. Cook over high heat, stirring till browned. Add in all (except beans, rice, green onions) remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Lower heat, simmer covered 30 min, stirring occasionally. Strain and rinse beans, reserving 1/3 of the liquid. Add in beans to chili with liquid. Heat through. Serve over rice, sprinkle with green onions.
