Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (3-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 pt Whipping cream, whipped
- 1 2/3 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1 can (16-ounce) cling peach slices, liquid removed
- 1 can (15-ounce) pineapple chunks, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. Sliced Maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
Direcciones
- Cream cheese and mayonnaise till smooth. Add in salt and mix well. Mix in whipped cream and add in marshmallows. Lightly fold fruits and nuts into creamed mix. Turn into 2 regular ice cube trays, freezing till hard.
- Cut into squares. Serve on crisp greens.
- Yield: 10 servings.
