Ingredientes
- 27 ounce Pears, dry
- 3 1/2 ounce Apricots
- 3 1/2 ounce Plums, dry, pitted
- 2 2/3 ounce Oranges, dry, cubed
- 3 1/2 ounce Dates, dry
- 6 ounce Walnutmeat
- 1 63/1000 ounce Yeast
- 3 1/2 ounce Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 2 47/250 lb Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 1/2 ounce Raisins
- 1/2 tsp Orangepeel, grated
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp. Cherry Liquor(Kirschwasser)
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Ingwer pwdr
- 1 tsp Kardamom Pwdr
- 1/2 c. Hot Water Powdered Sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Cube the pears, apricots, oranges and figs
- 2. Chop the walnuts.
- 3. Break up the yeast and mix with one tsp. sugar and the lukewarm water and cover it and let stand on a hot place for 10 min.
- 4. Heat the butter and mix with salt and flour; add in the yeastmix and knead, cover and let it rise on a hot place till doubled in size.
- 5. Mix raisins, sugar, grated lemonpeel, cinnamon, cloves, ingwer,cardamom and the dry fruits and the nuts; knead them into dough.
- 6. Form a loaf and put onto a waxpaper covered cookiesheet.
- 7. Preheat oven to 200 C and bake for 75 min.
- 8. When cold sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
