Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Cheddar Cheese
- 2 ounce Cream Cheese
- 4 dsh Liquid Pepper Seasoning
- 1/2 c. Dry Apples, minced
- 1/3 c. Dry Apricots, minced
- 1/4 c. Dry Pineapple, minced
- 1/2 c. Minced Parsley
Direcciones
- Beat together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and red-pepper seasoning in a small bowl till blended, about 1 minute.
- Stir in dry apple, apricot, and pineapple with wooden spoon. Using 1 level measuring Tbsp., form mix into balls, rolling between palms. Roll balls in minced parsley.
- May be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks in an airtight container.
