Receta Fruit Cocktail Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. whipped butter
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (17 ounce) fruit cocktail, liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced nuts (optional)
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Direcciones
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in lowfat milk. Add in fruit cocktail and nuts; mix well. Add in combined dry ingredients, mixing just till moistened. Pour batter into greased and lightly floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 min or possibly till wooden pick comes out clean.
