Receta Fruit Cocktail Macaroni Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (1 pound, 3 ounce) can fruit cocktail, well liquid removed
- 3 c. cooked elbow or possibly sm. shell macaroni (1 1/3 c. uncooked)
- 1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts, minced
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Direcciones
- Drain fruit well and put together with cooked macaroni. Mix gently. Put together mayonnaise, curry, lemon juice, salt and sugar. Pour over fruit mix, and toss. Add in minced peanuts just before serving. Serves 6-8.
