This is an excellent and very tasty! In summer when the garden is delicious fresh fruits, I think that kids will love it!

  • 500 g curds, 150 g of natural yoghurt, 600 g mixed summer berries, 3 tablespoons maple syrup 1 teaspoon lemon juice, 125 g cream 200 g biscuits

Direcciones

  1. Curds mixed with yogurt until smooth. Wash fruit and let it drain well (if we are frozen, thaw). Half of the fruit mix with maple syrup and lemon juice.
  2. Fruit mix into curds mixture.
  3. Also beat the cream and stir in cottage cheese. Put into a large bowl alternately layer of cream and a layer of biscuits.
  4. Put cream on the surface and give an hour in the refrigerator.Put fruit in desert.
