Ingredientes
- 1 can (20-ounce) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 can (16-ounce) tart pitted cherries, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 box (3-ounce) orange-flavored gelatin
- 4 lrg Bananas, sliced
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 2 x 9-inch pie shells, baked Whipped topping
Direcciones
- Drain pineapple. Combine juice with flour and sugar in a large saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring till smooth.
- Add in cherries and pineapple. Cook till mix thickens, approximately 5 min. Stir in gelatin, bananas and pecans.
- Pour into baked pie shells and chill till filling is set. Serve with whipped topping.
