Ingredientes
- 1 x Roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 box fat free cream cheese
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 can Crushed pineapple Strawberries Kiwi fruit Grapes, (seedless green) Bananas, toss in lemon juice Coconut Pecans
Direcciones
- Press cookie dough on pizza pan which has been sprayed with Pam.Bake according to package directions. (Spreads better if you wet your fingers first) Mix cream cheese and sugar and spread on cooled cookie dough. Top with crushed pineapple. Begin at the outer rim of the pan with strawberries, grapes, bananas, and kiwi. Then repeat strawberries,grapes, etc. Top with minced pecans and shredded coconut.
- NOTES : This is better if prepared several hrs before it is served.
