- 1/2 x Honeydew Melon
- 1/2 x Cantaloupe
- 1 sm Pineapple
- 2 x Red Serrano Chiles, sliced very thinly

Direcciones
- Seed melons, cut flesh into bite-sized pcs and place them in a bowl. Cut pineapple from its rind, remove core and cut flesh into bite-sized pcs.
- Add in pineapple, chiles and lime zest to bowl and toss well. Drizzle lime juice over fruit and toss again. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and chill for at least half an hour. Taste and add in a little lime juice if necessary. Serve cool.
