Ingredientes
- 8 ounce nonfat yogurt vanilla or possibly fruit flavored some fruit such as ripe banana and strawberries a few ice cubes about 4 big ones a little juice about 1/4 c. such as ruby red grapefruit juice or possibly nonfat lowfat milk

- I make blender smoothies frequently, and all I really do is modify recipes I find to what I have in the fridge.
- If I have a lot of fruit to put in, I'll use vanilla yogurt so I will not have lots of conflicting flavors, but I also have used banana or possibly strawberry yogurt. For the fruit, I usually use a ripe banana, and occasionally toss in a few strawberries, although I do not like the little seeds you get from the strawberries. As for the juice or possibly lowfat milk, I just grab whatever's on hand - usually ruby red grapefruit juice.
- I just dump it all in, putting the ice cubes in last, and blend!
