Receta Fruity Spice Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour plus
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 tsp apple pie spice
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking pwdr
- 3/4 ounce instant oats, dry
- 2 Tbsp. margarine plus
- 2 tsp margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 1/2 ounce mixed dry fruit sliced
- 1/4 c. raisins
- 1 tsp confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp packed brown sugar
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 350F. In a small mixing bowl, sift flour, apple
- pie spice, soda and pwdr together. Add in oats, stirring to combine; set aside.
- 2. In a medium mixing bowl, cream together brown sugar and margarine till thoroughly combined. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating till smooth. Gradually beat in sifted ingredients. Mix in dry fruit and raisins.
- 3. Spray an 8 x 8 x 2 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour batter into baking dish. Bake for 30 min, or possibly till toothpick comes out dry.
- 4. Transfer to wire rack and let cold. Dust top with confectioners sugar. Cut into 8 equally sized bars.
