Receta Garbanzo And Carrot Salad

Ingredientes
- 15 ounce Garbanzo beans, Eden organic liquid removed
- 1 med Carrot, cut into matchstick pcs
- 1/4 c. Cilantro or possibly parsley, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame seeds, lightly toasted
- 1 x Garlic clove, pressed
- 2 x Onions, green, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Tahini, mixed with 1 Tablespoons water
- 1 tsp Vinegar, ume plum, Eden
Direcciones
- Mix beans, carrot, cilantro, sesame seeds, garlic and green onions. Stir tahini mix and vinegar together and pour over ingredients. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
