Receta Garden Fresh Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Uncooked pasta twists
- 2 c. Broccoli florets
- 1/2 c. Light mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. White wine vinegar
- 1 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 x Tomatoes,minced
- 1 x Yellow bell pepper, minced
- 1/4 c. Slice green onions
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil, Or possibly 1 ts.dry basil leaves Lettuce leaves
- 1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese Cherry tomatoes, optional Cucumber slices, optional
Direcciones
- 1. Cook pasta twists according to package directions. About 5 min before pasta is doen, add in broccoli florets and cook 5 min longer. Drain well.
- 2. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Add in pasta, broccoli, tomatoes, bell pepper, green onions, parsley and basil; toss till well combined. Cover and chill 2 hrs,or possibly till chilled.
- 3. To serve, line platter or possibly individual plates with lettuce leaves; spoon pasta salad on top and sprinkle with cheese. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and cucumbers.
