Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Mint leaves, fresh or possibly dry
- 4 x Garlic close, crushed
- 1/3 c. Peanut oil
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Chop the mint finely. Fold in the remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Place meat in marinade for several hrs, turning occasionally. Drain the meat before placing on the grill.
