Receta Garlic And Mint Yogurt Marinade Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1/2 x lemon juiced
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat yogurt
- 3 Tbsp. fresh mint minced
- 6 x skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 2 dsh paprika
Direcciones
- 1. Combine the lemon, garlic, yogurt, paprika and mint in a large bowl.
- 2. Add in chicken breast, toss to coat.
- 3. Cover and marinade a few hrs.
- 4. Broil and serve.
- NOTES :big success. Have made it a number of times since.
- Dry mint can also be used... try 1 Tbsp.
- I used leftovers of this for sandwiches the next day, with tzatziki and cucumbers.
