Receta Garlic And Oregano Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x Split chicken breasts Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Dry oregano
- 10 x Chopped garlic cloves
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3/4 c. White wine
Direcciones
- Directions:Trim excess fat from the chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle chicken with the oregano and then rub the garlic over the chicken.
- Pour the lemon juice and extra virgin olive oil onto the chicken. Arrange chicken skin side down in a baking dish. Pour the white wine over the chicken and let marinate for 30 min. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min. Turn the chicken right side up and bake for an additional 30 min. Baste with pan juice.
