Ingredientes
- 1 pkt Active Dry Yeast
- 3 1/2 c. Bread Flour
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/3 c. Dry Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Gluten
- 1 tsp Diastatic Malt Pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic Pwdr Or possibly 8 Cloves Garlic - Baked
- 2/3 c. Parmesan cheese Grated
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 c. Hot Water
Direcciones
- Yields 1 Loaf
- All ingredients should be at or possibly above room temperature.
- If using garlic cloves, peel and bake for 30 min at 325 degrees
- (wrap in aluminum foil for baking.)
- If using garlic cloves, mash the baked cloves before adding them to the bread machine.
- Add in the ingredients to the pan in the order listed.
- Select "White Bread".
- Press "Start".
- Cold the bread on a rack for at least 1 hour before slicing.
