Ingredientes

4 lb flank steak
3 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 clv garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grnd black pepper
1/2 tsp dry oregano

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients, except the steak, in a small bowl. With a sharp knife, score the surface of the steak(s) in a diamond pattern about 1/8 inch deep. Coat with mix and wrap in foil. Chill overnight. Preheat grill and grill over a high heat till done, about 3 to 6 min per side.
