Receta Garry's Jerk Marinade

- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Scallion, minced
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 tsp Jamaican pimiento, (allspice)
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 x Habanero chiles
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 4 x Garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh ginger root, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. Dark rum
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh thyme
Direcciones
- Instructions: Combine all ingredints and blend in food processor. Marinate meat several hrs before cooking.
