Ingredientes

  • 400 gm (14oz) tin of Evaporated lowfat milk.
  • 12 ounce Dark muscovado sugar.
  • 10 x in shortcrust pastry case Pre baked.

Direcciones

  1. Pre heat oven to 200C/400F/gas 6. Whisk evaporated lowfat milk and sugar together for 10 - 15 min till light and fluffy. The mix should be coffee coloured. Pour the mix into the pastry case and bake in the oven for 10 min. The gypsy tart will have a slightly sticky surface but won't be set completely till it has been left to cold. Serve cool. Easy!!
