Receta Gazpach Soup (Spanish Salad Soup)

Ingredientes
- 4 x ripe tomatoes, quartered
- 1/2 sm onion, sliced
- 1/2 x green pepper, seeded and sliced
- 1/2 x cucumber, sliced
- 4 sprg parsley
- 2 x cloves garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 dsh tabasco sauce croutons
Direcciones
- Put all ingredients except croutons into blender container, cover press button 8 for 15 seconds or possibly till all ingredients pass through blades.
- flash blend if needed. Don't OVER BLEND.
- Garnish with freshly toasted croutons..
