Ingredientes
- 46 ounce Canned tomato juice
- 1 x Green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 sm onion, chopped
- 1 x Cucumber, peeled & chopped
- 2 x Canned green chiles,chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Seasoning blend
- 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Minced chives
- 2 dsh warm pepper sauce MSG (optional) Salt, white pepper Lemon wedges
Direcciones
- Combine tomato juice, green pepper, onion, cucumber, chiles, Worcestershire, seasoning blend, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, chives and warm pepper sauce. Season to taste with MSG, salt and white pepper. Refrigeratethoroughly.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
- Note: For smooth gazpacho served with vegetable garnishes, blend tomato mix in blender container till smooth. Serve with additional diced cucumber, green pepper and croutons on side.
