Receta German Apple Puff Pancake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. All-purpose flour
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Margarine
- 2 x Apples (medium sized), thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place 2 round cake pans in oven with 2 Tbsp. margarine in each pan; rotate pans till margarine is melted and coats sides of pans.
- Beat flour, lowfat milk, salt and Large eggs.
- Arrange half of apples sliced thinly in each pan; divide batter proportionately between pans.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle 2 Tbsp. sugar mix over batter in each pan.
- Bake till puffed and golden (about 20-25 min).
