Receta German Style Hasenpfeffer

Ingredientes
- 1 x Rabbit, cut into pcs
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Bay leaf, crumbled
- 1 x Garlic clove, minced
- 1 x Spice clove
- 2 Tbsp. Bacon, diced
- 2 sm carrots, minced Mushrooms, optional
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream or possibly evap. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Heat vegetable oil in cauce pan. When warm, add in leaf, garlic clove, spice clove, bacon, carrots and mushrooms. Add in rabbit and simmer till browned.
- Pour solution of 1/2 c. vinegar, mixed with 1 to 1-1/2 c. water over meat. Cover pan and simmer till tender. Before removing pan from heat, add in cream or possibly evaporated lowfat milk. Serve warm with dumplings or possibly large noodles.
