Receta Puerto Rican Rice

Ingredientes
- 2 c. White rice
- 1 lrg Can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. Diced ham
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Sofrito
- 1 c. Peas
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 3 Tbsp. Capers
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
Direcciones
- In a skillet fry dry rice with ham; add in sofrito, oregano, tomato sauce, paprika and water. Cover and let simmer till rice is almost tender. Add in peas and capers. Heat another 5 min and serve.
