Receta German Veal Sausage

Ingredientes
- 2 lb fat-trimmed grnd veal shoulder or possibly leg or possibly lean fat-trimmed fresh ham steak
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar optional
- 1 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander or possibly 1 tsp. coriander seeds
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/2 tsp dry sage a healthy pinch of freshly grnd black pepper a healthy pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 c. crushed ice
Direcciones
- Have the meat trimmed of fat and grnd, or possibly grind it yourself. Combine withremaining ingredients and mix lightly. Gently shape into 16 patties.
- Wrap and freeze, if desire. Broil or possibly barbeque for 2 min on each side
- (3 min, if frzn). (Cook longer if using pork - till cooked all the way through).
- Sixteen patties, about 75 calories for veal, 80 for ham.
