  • 1 lb Small red beans (soaked overnight)
  • 2 slc Bacon, minced
  • 3 lb Ham hocks Salt Pepper
  • 1/4 stk butter
  • 1 x Maui onion, minced
  • 3 x Cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 x Green pepper, minced
  • 1 sm Chili pepper, minced fine
  • 1 tsp Brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Wash and soak beans overnight. Place first six ingredients in large pot and bring to a boil. Add in remaining ingredients and simmer for 3-4 hrs.
