Receta Ginger Ale Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg packag lemon-flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 2 1/2 c. ginger ale
- 1 can fruit cocktail liquid removed
- 1/2 c. minced celery small pcs
- 1/2 c. minced pecans Mayonnaise optional
Direcciones
- Dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add in ginger ale, then the fruit cocktail, celery and pecans.
- Pour into a flat glass casserole dish which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Cover and chill for about 4 hrs till fully set. If you like, stir occasionally during which time to distribute fruit, celery and nuts throughout the dish. Serve with a dollop of mayonnaise, if you like.
