Receta Grilled Ham Steak With Mustard Ginger Ale Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 lb ham steak 1/2" to 3/4" thick
- 12 ounce ginger ale
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh mint
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 pch grnd coriander
Direcciones
- Rinse the ham steak in cool water. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Grill the ham steak on one side at a medium heat and turn it after 4 to 5 min (it will turn light brown). Baste with half the sauce.
- Move the ham to a cooler edge of the grill and cook for 10 to 12 min, basting occasionally. Serve the remaining sauce on the side.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: Grilled ham steak is the perfect choice for a very simple and quick meal. The ham steak is rinsed first to wash off any excess salt. Adding ginger ale to the sauce gives it an elusive tang.
