Receta Ginger And Lime Marinated Chicken Skewers

Ingredientes
- 16 x Wooden skewers
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. Fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh ginger, coarsely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, coarsely minced
- 1 Tbsp. Freshly grnd pepper
- 4 x Chicken thighs, boneless and skinless, cut in half lengthwise Salt
Direcciones
- 1. Thirty min before grilling, place the wooden skewers in a bowl of cool water.
- 2. Place extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, ginger, garlic and pepper in a large shallow baking dish, stir to combine.
- 3. Coat the chicken in the marinade, cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hrs, turning the chicken occasionally.
- 4. Prepare a charcoal or possibly wood fire and let it burn down to embers. Remove the skewers from the water and thread each half of meat onto 2 skewers so which the meat stays flat on the grill.
- 5. Season with salt and grill for about 4 min on each side or possibly till cooked completely.
