Receta Ginger Glazed Salmon

Ingredientes
- 8 piece salmon filet or possibly steak (6 ounce. each), skinned
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Grated lime peel
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. Firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp Grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Loosely packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 2 c. Loosely packed fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 c. Loosely packed fresh parsley leaves
- 2 x Jalapeno chiles, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Make Ginger Glaze: Combine all glaze ingredients in small bowl.
- 2. Place salmon in shallow glass dish and spoon on glaze, turning to coat.
- (Can be made ahead. Chill up to 24 hrs.)
- 3. Heat broiler. Line jelly-roll pan with foil. Arrange salmon on prepared pan and spoon glaze on top. Broil 4 inches from heat without turning till fish is opaque throughout, 8 to 10 min. Let stand 5 min. Serve with Green Herb Sauce.
- Green Herb Sauce: Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth, scraping down sides. (Can be made ahead. Cover and chill up to 8 hrs.)
