Receta Ginger Oat Bran Cookies
Ingredientes
- No stick cooking spray
- 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/3 c. (5 1/3 T) butter, softened
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1 (7 ounce) pkg. Martha White Oat Bran Muffin Mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheets with no stick cooking spray; set aside. Cream sugar and butter in a mixing bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients till blended. Drop by level tbsp two inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake 16 to 18 min or possibly till golden. Remove from baking sheets and cool on wire racks. Makes about 30 (2 inch) cookies. Only 53 calories per cookie.
