Receta Ginger Pickled Pears

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Whole cloves
- 2 x Cinnamon sticks
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1 med Lemon sliced
- 6 med Pears, peeled, thinly sliced
Direcciones
- In large saucepan, combine sugar, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, vinegar, water and the sliced lemon, stir well. Cook over medium heat till mix comes to a boil then stir in the pear slices.
- Cook over medium heat till pears are tender, about 10 min. Remove cloves and cinnamon and lemon slices. Transfer to a bowl and chill.
- Makes 10 half c. servings.
