Receta Lemon Marinated Chicken

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary snipped, or possibly 1 t dry
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 Tbsp. White Wine or possibly water
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Peel
- 2 whl Chicken Breasts Without Skin boned & halved

- February 1994. I prepared these last night for dinner and everyone enjoyed them.
- In a shallow dish, combine all marinade ingredients; mix well. Add in chicken; turn to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator 20 to 30 min.
- When ready to broil, oil broiler pan. Place chicken on prepared pan; broil 4 to 6 inches from broiler. Cook 8 to 10 min on one side, basting with marinade. Turn; continue cooking and basting 8 to 10 min longer or possibly till chicken is fork tender and juices run clear. 4 servings.
- GRILLING DIRECTIONS:Heat grill. Marinate chicken as directed. When ready to barbecue, oil grill rack. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or possibly on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 min on one side, basting with marinade. Turn; continue cooking and basting 8 to 10 min longer or possibly till chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
